We ship USPS or UPS daily and offer USPS Priority Mail S & H for $9.95 and standard UPS Ground Service for $18.95 for most jobs. 2nd Day Air and Overnight Services are available for rush jobs upon request with address verification for an accurate quote.

International Shipping Varies but minimum is $19.95

Please note that all graphics must be paid in full before shipping. No COD's please. 

We can also utilize PayPal as payment method as it is the safest, quickest way to send funds over the internet. We will send an invoice to your email address for easy payment instructions and receipt printing. You can even pay with a credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account !

Sizing

• It is very important that we receive accurate dimensions of the area that the graphics are to be installed on. Let us know overall height and width available for desired lettering and we will email you a proof before we cut graphics to ensure you will be satisfied with the results.
  
  Measure Usable Space for Graphics. We will determine sizing allowing for proportional border.
  
  Please remember that certain fonts require more space for ascendors and descendors.
  (Depending on whether upper or lowercase letters are used).

• Boat Specific Information:

  - All Registration Numbers must be a minimum of 3 inches tall. Length will vary based on size of boat, but keep in mind that as a rule of thumb Reg. Numbers will be anywhere from 17" to 26" in overall length.

  - Hailing ports are required only on documented vessels (over 30' generally) and should be no less than 4" tall.

  - Boat names can be cut up to 22" tall per line. We like to keep the name proportional to the size of the boat. The smaller the boat, the smaller the name.

  Available Vinyl Colors

  Our vinyl is 2.5 mil. thick and has a minimum life expectancy of 5 to 7 years. It is an excellent choice for indoor or outdoor applications. These are the specifications from the manufacturer that the vinyls have been tested and under normal conditions, the material should not peel, crack, delaminate, or fade for the period of time listed. We have found in most cases, the vinyl will considerably outlast these time periods. (Note: This is only a rating and should not be mistaken for a warranty.)

  Keep in mind that these color swatches are not 100% accurate. Use these only as a reference. Most of these are in-stock. Some colors will need a few days to obtain - Please inquire if you don't see what you are looking for.

  Please ask for a sample to be mailed of any particular color (s) if you are unsure. Please note that when layering colors lighter colors when placed over darker colors (for outline or shadow effects) will slightly darken the top color and vice-versa.

  Available Fonts Listed below are our most popular fonts. If you use Microsoft Word, we have every font and then some! We have over 3,000 available fonts and can instruct you on how to email any font that we may not have access to. Also, remember that thru the use of options we can transform any font so that it may look different from what is shown here (and even customize individual letters, for example).

Lettering Options Choose from the following Text Options listed below.    We can enhance most fonts with one or more text options, or any combination thereof. Slants (Italics) can be used from -30 to 30 degrees from perpendicular. Drop Shadows can be down or up, to the left or to theright or a combination of both. Outlines can be single, double or even triple. Outline & Shadow is one of the more popular options giving a crisp 3-D look. Arches can be done in various degrees and can even be made cylindrical. Many more distortion effects are available then those shown. Please contact us with your ideas for more details.
